I took a couple of friends for a quick tour.
The weather was perfect! 70 degrees, partly sunny and a good breeze.

We stopped by to say Hi to some of my friends.
They have a food stand that serves grilled beef tips. We each got a generous sample!
That was some of the best beef. Perfectly seared on the outside and was rare 1/4 inch into the roast.

Red Velvet Funnel Cake
These are brushed with butter, topped with powdered sugar and a cream cheese glaze.
Very tasty. It is not just red food coloring. You could actually detect the cocoa in the cake. This is definitely a hit.
