It's that time again!
PIZZA TIME!!!
Three pizzas
Basic crust recipe
combine in mixer bowl
5 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cups warm water (110)
1 tsp sugar
add
1 Tbsp salt
6-7 cups bread flour
Mix until dough is soft to touch adding more flour if it is sticky.
Roll out three crusts
Basil pesto, Crab Rangoon, Margherita
