Omelette Stuffed Hashbrowns!
Prep hashbrowns.
Peel and shred taters.
Rinse, dry, and season shredded taters.
Heat skillet with 2 Tbsp veg oil and 2 Tbsp butter. When oil/butter is hot, place shredded taters in pan.
Hashbrowns are ready
Make omelette
Shaved ham, turkey, bacon, American and swiss cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce
Fill the omelette
Place omelette on hashbrowns and fold.To Live Is To Eat
