That is crazyhot. There is one local restaurant that was featured on Man vs Food. It is pulled pork and pure habanero/ghost peppers. The hottest sauce on their condiment table is hot enough for me.
Cactus Bobs BBQ
sounds good. i saw on one of the cooking shows where they mixed chipotle with adobe sauce in with the pulled pork. I can’t wait to try that. I am on a chipotle kick right now. It is not that hot but the flavor is great. I made a puree out of them and have been adding it to everything. Last night I added it to some mayo and put it on some hamburgers that I grilled. My wife makes coleslaw with it and we put that on hotdogs or fish tacos. I like to mix it up with butter and put it on corn on the cob fresh off the grill. I can’t wait to add some scorpion to the mix to bring up the heat.
