Smoker!
I got one for Christmas (among other things) with a book on how to smoke. I am now taking votes for what to smoke next weekend.

I started with Chicken drumsticks. Mainly because they don't take very long. A Boston Butt is easy, but takes about 8 hours.

My wife likes pulled pork; I did a shoulder this summer on a charcoal grill temporarily converted to a smoker and it turned out great. It would likely be a good idea!

I like ribs and brisket. My wife isn't to crazy about ribs (doesn't like bone-in meat) and isn't sure about trying a brisket. I think I'll make it anyway. I was thinking a whole chicken too Originally Posted by Jks9199
