Dough!
I need a good recipe for pizza dough and/or sourdough starter. I used to have sourdough starter and I used it for pizza dough. Any bakers here?

I use a very basic dough recipe
3 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
mix
add
2 tsp salt
2 cups bread flour
1 cup rice flour
work until dough is not sticky adding flour if needed
This is good for thin to medium thickness crust.

although this is probably a much different type of pizza that you're looking for, I've done this one a couple of times and it really is pretty freaking fantastic. Classic neopolitan-style pizza

My wife makes just about all our bread from scratch. Everything from pizza, buns and rolls, to foccacia and artisan. Check your library for "Local Breads" by Daniel Leader. She read that and it really helped her with a lot of the technical aspects that can turn good bread into amazing bread.

My son has allergies to artificial flavorings, coloring, and preservatives. Just about everything we eat is scratch made to avoid the chemicals.
