Are you going out to a sports bar/restaurant or staying in and cooking?
Unless odd shows up with a gallon of Louisiana Hot Sauce, I may go out.
Who do you place your bet on this year?

I'll bring my own gallon, but that's just for me. ;)
My bet is on Packers 2013. Sorry Mayans, but the universe couldn't end without the Pack bringing the Lombardi Trophy back to Title Town. What sort of science fiction would that be?
They'll both win, because everyone who plays is a winner! :grouphug:
I'm debating trying to go to the NFL Experience or not. It may take some researching to see how I can park somewhere and maybe shuttle in. Parking spaces around the Super Bowl Village are about $350 from what I hear. Too bad I don't know someone who works downtown and could let me use their work parking space. hehehe I'll probably just watch the game at home by myself as I get ready for work. Can you watch the game on a free iPhone app (if the game is still going once I have to leave for work)?
Oh, and yeah............ GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!! (that should be read as F the patriots!) :)
My wife and I will be in Cancun, and since the Packers imploded, there's no reason for me to watch.
I'll be working.
Some of my co-workers and I might do a "Wing Tour" to decide where to hang out for the game. On the list so far
Smokey D's
Buffalo Wild Wings
Hooters
Jethro's
TGI Fridays
Skip the rest and stay at BW3! The best wings of the choices you listed. Though I've never heard of Smokey D's or Jethro's. Quaker Steak & Lube has decent wings (they have dry rub wings in addition to sauced wings) but I'd still put them below BW3. BW3 Spicy Garlic is heaven. I wish they would bring back the Thai sauce though. Asian Zing doesn't hold a candle to the old Thai sauce.
I'll stay home. Maybe I'll cook myself a steak though :D
pgg, your "steak" is ready, Sir.

I will be drinking odouls on the couch because of the meds but probably am going to roast something yummie
I'm heading down to Chicago. My sister and brother-in-law are having a Super Bowl party at their place. Should be a really good time!

Smokey D's has 14 big screens, but they are smaller and placed up higher.

The wings were advertised as 10 for $7.29.

There was actually 15 wings. These were a medium sized wing. I know they make their own wing sauce with Frank's red hot sauce and sriracha. The wings were actually overcooked and the sauce was mild and a bit thin. The dressing was plentiful but I only got 3 pieces of celery. The bleu cheese dressing was tasty and full of bleu cheese.

Welcome to Jethro's BBQ
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...IMG_5076-1.jpg
Jethro's has 12 big screens. At the bar they are easier to view.

The wings were advertised as 10 wings for $7.95. These were a medium sized wing. There were actually 13 wings. I chose the wings with dry rub only. This was a very sweet sticky glaze. The wings came with a lot of celery and carrots.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys021.jpg
I chose their "Ghost Sauce" on the side. This was very hot and tasty. The bleu cheese was thin and not much to speak of for cheese.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys022.jpg
The bartender asked if I were ready for another beer. I held up the bear shaped "Ghost Sauce" bottle and said, "The bear says "Yes"". She lol'd a bit and brought over another bottle called "Spike's". This was supposed to be milder.

T.G.I. Friday's® Worldwide - Welcome
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys025.jpg
I have been going to TGI Fridays since 1988. There are a few employees that are still there from when I made my first visit. They usually have my drink ready and follow me to wherever I sit. Their long islands are smooth and consistent
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys031.jpg
I like the atmosphere. The music and the lighting are always at just the right level.
The view from my perch.

The size and position of the tv is just right.

The traditional Buffalo wings are made with Frank's® RedHot® Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce | Wings Recipes These are a medium size wing. Cooked to perfection. Ten wings for $7.95

The bleu cheese dressing is thicker but lacks the flavor and cheese. The celery was clean and plentiful.

I have not been here in years. Not much has changed. There were about eight Hooter's girls at the door to greet me. It was a busy night, we were lucky to find a few spots at the bar to sit.

It was someone's birthday. All the Hooter's girls surround the birthday boy and do a kinky version of the hokey pokey.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys037.jpg
The kitchen was hopping that night.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys035.jpg
We tried four different sauces.
10 pc. Hot
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys038.jpg
10 pc. Parmesan Garlic
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys039.jpg
5 pc. 911 and 5 pc. Three Mile Island
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys040.jpg
The celery and dressing is .99 cents extra. This was a very generous helping of fresh, crisp celery. The bleu cheese was a miss.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys041.jpg
You can get the wings naked or breaded, we chose breaded. These were perfectly breaded and fried. The 911 and Three Mile Island sauces were not that hot to my taste. The Parmesan garlic was declared better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The ocular entertainment was not the only treat. These were the best wings we have had so far. There are plenty of big screen tv's, but they are placed high and not at convenient angles.
Buffalo Wild Wings®

This location had 63 big screens.

I had heard of their "wing challenge". Their Blazin' sauce on 12 wings. Eat them in 6 minutes or less without any napkin, drink or condiment and they are free. I had a coupon for some free wings and decided to try some of the sauce first.
The Blazin hot sauce is definitely hot.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys048.jpg
I tried the wings with Blazin sauce

http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys050.jpg
These were plenty hot. I am not sure if I could make it through the challenge victorious or not.
The rest of the order arrived. Mango Habanero and Wild sauce. The mango habanero sauce taste was sweet on the front with a very hot finish.
This was all perfect with a classy Stella.
http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/k...mickeys051.jpg
The bleu cheese dressing was thick with little bleu flavor.

While there I recognized a local celebrity, Josh Sinclair of Hollywood Burnout. This is a band that I had in my Iowa State Fair thread the last two years. I had to say "Hi" and talk a bit about their schedule.
