BK ride to Zam's

After our local Blue Knights meeting some of us went on the monthly ride. I was not familiar with where we were going so I was looking forward to it. Rather brisk ride but enjoyable just the same.

Should have known a cajun restaurant would have a snake alley. Managed to get through it before I knew what it was. I was next to the glass tank in the back when someone said "Hey look at this." I knew what that meant.

Back when I was in the Blue Knights (UK) , we never went anywhere that interesting.

An envious look upon Zams suggests it is a place unchanged in the past half century, not likely to change in the next: long may it remain a respite out of time.

Other than the alligator cuisine it reminds me much of places once known, now lost. Thank you for sharing, highly appreciated.
