Buddy of mine went down to Texas for a week and took orders for seafood from Rose's Seafood. Rose's Seafood Inc.
I got ten pounds of gulf tiger shrimp. I had no idea how much that would be but seemed like a good amount!
It's a freaking bag the size of a medicine ball! I need some recipe ideas and cooking tips. I would love to pair it with your steak au poivre! Got all kinds of ideas for the weekend!

Find 20 or so of the larger ones, peel, devein, leave the tail on
Lightly spray them Pam olive oil or shake them in a plastic bag with a tablespoon or so of olive oil
Put 4 on each wooden skewer, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning or Lowery's seasoned salt
Put them on a grill, no longer than about 15 min, depending on how hot the grill is. BEWARE OF OVER COOKING. They will be dry and chewy if you overcook.
Sorry this recipe is not real specific but I have never really paid much attention to how much of everything I use. I just make it look/taste right. They are delicious!
