I love me some sushi. I'm on TDY across the state and living out of suitcases and hotels so I'm eating out constantly on per diem. I found a great sushi place near my hotel. These are some of my favorite dishes.

This is my favorite. Spicy tuna with cucumber in a roll. Regular tuna on top with Sriracha.

I don't know what's in this. These guys just throw food at you as you're eating, it's awesome.

This was tonight's dinner. Spicy tuna roll with 4 other kinds of fish on top and avocado. Sriracha on the side.

I've tried it brother. I wanted to like it as fish is a good protein champ. I could not do it after trying several different offerings. Grilled and blackened for me.

Ziphos....got a GREAT (and totally true) story about sushi for ya. While I was the Security Chief for the Space Needle, I had a yound asian lad working fo rme....a great kid and very hardworking. He came to work one day after his 3 days off and mentioned that he had to see the ER doc over his break. He had been taking a dump and as he wiped, he felt something protruding from his ass about 6 to 8 inches. He was pretty upset as you can imagine and freaked out, pulling the protrusion out of his ass and throwing it into the sink. After cleaning up, he grabbed the item and went to the ER. The doc looked at it and said, " Congratulations! You have a sushi tapeworn". He was given the PILL that kills the little fuckers and went home and took it. The following morning the pill caused his system to completely empty and ejected the tapeworm. As God is my witness, he pulled it out of the toilet and MEASURED it. 11 feet long!!!

As you can imagine, he no longer eats sushi. Best of luck big guy....hope everthing comes out okay.

Cajun tuna, avocado, cucumber, mango, and soy paper.

Cajun tuna and hot sauce.

Hot sauce tuna, cucumber and sesame seeds.

I came to this thread when I read "Raw" heading. I was thinking that this may be about some raw vegetables and fresh fruits. Although things are little bit the same but not the exact like that. Anyhow I really like your sushi dish. But I am a vegetarian and love to eat vegetable's dishes.

There are a few raw veggies on top of the worm containers....
