I just did the Minnesota State fair - the fairs in the midwest sure are spectacular.
I didn't take any photos of my food, but there was a lot of it - and beer.I'm your huckleberry...

These are giant rice krispie bars. They have a new flavor this year!
I had to have one!
This was delicious. The saltiness of the pretzels and potato chips really made this yummmy!
My nephew opted for the plain rice krispie bar.

And just when the customer thinks it can’t get any better, we offer a side dish of soft serve ice cream. Its great for dipping “Cinnie Smiths” in.
Rolling out the dough.
The yummy sticky caramel mixture.
Spreading out their special blend of cinnamon and spices. They make this fun for the spectators. Sometimes they play tic-tac-toe!
Rolled up and cut. Ready to go in the oven!
Fresh out of the oven. Cover with aluminum foil and flip out of pan.
Voila!
Picking out some of the tasty cinnamony morsels!
The best cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten. The cream cheese frosting was delicious also!

Off to the Steer N Stein for a quick bite.
Two of their signature items. The soft shell taco and their famous fresh iced tea.
The soft shell taco had all fresh chopped veggies and perfectly seasoned ground beef. The iced tea is the best I have ever tasted.
The entire complex has something for everyone.
Steak dinners.
A good selection of beer.
On the outside they have pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches.
