I want to start discussion about mushrooms here and specially about oyster mushroom the most common one.
Oyster mushroom contains very low or even no fat at all. It contains high protein almost equal to meat. So oyster mushroom is a good alternative of meat with a plus point that it contain no fat.
So from fitness point of view it is really beneficial for the people who are interested in workouts and exercises.
