Hi everyone !
I am little bit confused whether to get fitness training or not?
Actually I am taking my fitness problem serious now, and I want to solve it through regular exercise and food plans..
Any good Idea that should I consult with a fitness trainer or not? . Or just follow the simple and natural things..?
What is your current condition? In plain English, are you in any kind of shape? What would you change? Where do you want/need to be?
Like Five-O, I would need a little more information before I could make a decent suggestion for you. That being said...
If you have no experience in fitness training, and no friend/wokout partner that has experience in fitness training you might be better served in getting some help. You could always stop paying for fitness training once you got into your routine. Also, when you are starting out you would be wise to at least have a workout partner to hold you accountable. Personal discipline is good, but in my experience having a buddy call you a pussy for skipping a workout is better.:D
A trainer can be a good thing. Assuming they're qualified and know what they're doing, they'll help you develop a routine or set of routines that will help you reach your goal, realistically and safely. And they'll make sure you know how to do the exercises or use the machines properly and safely. Even if you are experienced yourself, they can sometimes bring a new take or just shake up your training.
But they're not essential -- and some aren't good. Nothing really prevents any yo-yo from hanging out a shingle as a "trainer."
