    Bacon wrapped, cream cheese stuffed and smoked jalapenos!





    This was good. But as you know, jalapenos do not have the kick they used to have.

    Had to try the "Man Candy"





    This is pork belly cut into cubes, fried, then rolled in sugar and cayenne pepper.
    I am not a fan of Trostel's in any way shape or form, but this was pretty good!

    The Baconfest had a second site right across the street. This was designated as "Iceland".



    The band, - home was playing there.



    This venue had a few food vendors. Nothing really stood out as bacontastic.

    There was a Viking ship you could put on an outfit and get your pic taken. Not me.

    I caught myself just standing at this sample table eating one piece of bacon after another. Actually reaching to my left and picking up the bacon meant for the other line. After about four slices I realized what I had done and turned around to see an angry mob.

    There was a bacon eating contest. Who could eat two pounds of bacon the fastest.

    One of the Icelanders sang their national anthem.



    This was followed by some other bacon ceremonial stuff. It was almost 4 pm and the 2013 Baconfest was all but over. Half of the bacon vendors were shutting down.
