Man assaults McDonalds employees after finding cheese in hamburger he ordered without cheese
Police: Charges filed for man's tantrum over finding cheese on his McDonald's burger - San Jose Mercury NewsP
Varone, 35, of Oak Lane in York County, is being charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. A date for his informal arraignment and preliminary hearing have not yet been set, according to court documents.
According to police, he knocked over a trash can, threw a highchair and left the restaurant, angered by the misplaced cheese.
An employee followed Varone outside to get his license plate number, at which point he attacked her as she tried to call 911, police said.
Varone physically restrained her by wrapping his arms around her, then grabbed her cellphone from her hand, according to police. He threw the phone across the parking lot, then fled in his vehicle, police said.

The only difference between him and any number of people who are tired of poor service is that most have a little more self restraint.

He was already at McDonald's, so obviously he wasn't concerned too much with his health. If he was that much of a bastard when he ordered, he should feel lucky he didn't get shit burger.
