Margherita Cheese Frenchee with Tomato Bisque
Some of you may remember Kings Foodhost restaurants Cheese Frenchee. This is a cheese sandwich, battered, rolled in corn flake crumbs and fried.
Here is my version with a margherita twist. Fresh mozzarella with roma tomato slices and fresh basil. I used a tomato bread for this. Dipped in a batter and then rolled in crushed corn flakes cereal. Fried until golden brown.
