Ever since this came out I've been waiting for an iPhone headphones with integrated microphone one. Something that would use an actual iPhone mic and earphone cord, plugged into the adapter which also has a ptt button on a wire (or the wireless ptt option) so when you are in public talking to yourself it looks like you are talking on an iPhone.

Hmm... I've not seen on per se, BUT I've sent an email to see what I can come up with.
