I recently ordered some and have used them for the last 3 days. I dont like them at all. They are uncomfortable and they dont stay in your ear. They work themselves out over time then you have to reinsert them which increases the pain and discomfort in the ear.

I've got one of those from the Earphone Guy. Love it! I can hear what's going on, even use a phone past it -- and it doesn't make my ear hurt like the custom molded ones have.
