Actually that white LED quiq would have come in handy last night when working on a &(@)% transmission. Trouble light kept rolling away, "trouble" is a good name for it. In a different line of work from the market it was designed for, but hey, always looking to support the site sponsors and this would be practical in many situations if it's bright enough. What's the effective usable (call it text readable for a goal) light range in darkness? Batteries replaceable? Auto off time reprogrammable?

It's hard to say what the effective readable range is, however, I can tell you that I just closed my office door, turned off the light and was able to clearly see and read the calendar on my wall from 5 feet.
