Casino Royale
Now that they've made a new Bond film that isn't supposed to suck, is anyone planning on going to see Casino Royale?

Heck yeah. Before I saw the ad for it during the Borat movie I was like "bah, another fruity Bond movie with flying boat cars" but this one looks amazing!

Definitely. Although it will be strange to see Bond meet M for the first time etc. But looks pretty good.

After some of the last ones, just about anything would be a huge improvement! I think it'll be pretty cool to see things from the beginning.

I actually like Daniel Craig. I first saw him in a movie about the drug trade called "Layer Cake".

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

Bit of trivia for you all. 'M' is called 'C' (and always has been) in the real world and they do have a 'Q'.
As for the different Bonds over the years, that was explained as James Bond being a code name, rather than one actual person. To be born an Englishman, is to be a winner in the Lottery of Life.

From what I gather he is supposed to woop a little more ass in this movie that most bond films, so it should be interesting.

I still want to go and see Flags of our Fathers. I am not a Bond fan after Sir Connery stopped.

I saw this movie the other night... I happened to be one of the few who didn't like it. Felt like the movie was too long and was missing something (maybe even a couple things)... I can't quite think of what was missing however - just one of those feelings.

I liked it a lot too. Definitely one of the best Bond movies I've seen. I had to sit way up front, unfortunately, so that kinda hurt. But I still had a great time.

Now that I think about it.. I had a hard time sitting there and paying attention to the movie because the movie theatre I usually go to put in new seats.
These seats are some of the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. You would have thought for 10+ bucks a pop the theatre could have installed some of those nice rocking seats other theatres have. Oh.. and if I remember right.. the arm rests are stationary.
Now what am I suppose to do with my girl if the movie is boring?
No more cuddling that's for sure...
Then again, maybe the movie was still a disappointment regardless of the seats.
