Christmas music...
There's an FM station in town that plays Christmas carols, hymns, music, songs around the clock from Thanksgiving to Christmas and then some.
My wife loves Chrismas music and listens to this station from the time she gets up til she goes to bed. She also loves watching the Christmas Carol whenever it comes on TV during the holiday season, and has videos and CD's of all versions of it.
Don't get me wrong, as I like Christmas music, but when the little drummer boy, the 3 kings and the partridges in the pear tree are rumpa tum tumming, traveling afar and flying around in your head when the radio is off, then that's too much of a good thing.
Incidently, what's your favorite/s Christmas carol/song?
I like Elvis's Blue Christmas and Bing Crosby's White Christmas, but I sure don't want to listen to either of them anymore tonight.

I used to work in a grocery store in college.
I used to get annoyed when I went to buy a quart of milk and some bread, and I had to listen to christmas music for 10 minutes while I was there. Wow...after 8 hours I was ready to kill myself.

I know its completely un-American, but I can't stand Christmas music. I guess its all that time I spent working in retail. I'd hear the same track 50 times a day. The only X-mas music that I can actually enjoy these days is gospel. My favorite are the Blind Boys From Alabama. (Oh...I also enjoy Latin Christmas music and some 80's holiday tunes).

I can't stand Christmas music on the radio. To me Christmas is just another day, it has been ever since the Marines. This year my wife is taking the kids and bailing overseas to see her family so, no reason to get into it now is there?

NO ONE should be alone on Christmas.
You can come to my house for turkey and trimmings...but you will have to put up with Christmas music, and watching White Christmas...at least once.
