I takes longer to load, and then it verifies....need to update your java?

Think I figured out how to get it to show.

Enter the chat (I always use the float)
Then go back to your main window, click on the chat again, but this time instead of entering click the "Who's Chatting". That seems to trigger something to get it to show up right away.
