Hope that's all he did when working with the youth program.Prosecutors alleged he and several others filed false wage claims while they worked for a youth program under contract with the city between 1986 and 1988.

I read that he was either her uncle or God-father can't recall which. The article also stated that there are additional allegations of misconduct with a niece. I'll see if I can find the link.
