Reca...the braille issue is actually a simple one.

Not all ATMs are drive up. The same ones that you walk up to are the same ones that you can drive up to (machine wise, not location wise) The manufacturers have no idea where the bank will place their ATMs so in oder to avoid a discrimination lawsuit and possible govt. interference, braille is put on all ATMs.

Dont know why they do it but I was at a party with a officer buddy and he had more than two for sure. His wife asked "How many beers have you had?" In a bit of an angry voice. His reply?? "Two beers!"

But blind people still can't read the screens, and I've never heard any talking ATM's.

Why do freeway exit ramps have a 30 MPH speed limit? Would anyone in their right mind actually slam on their brakes when entering the exit ramp, if they have traffic behind them doing 70 MPH?
