Dream vacation...
If you had the time and funds, where would you like to go to spend a dream vacation?
Mine would be to rent a

Those are highly specific preferences for fairly nondescript places. Why would you want to go to those places and not Hawaii or something?

I've been lost in Polk County......no thanks ever again. Bosco...New Milford...another question mark.
My dream vacay would involve a beach, a hammock and lots of very blue, warm water..oh and of course my husband.

My top destinations - Norway, Australia and New Zealand
Dream journeys.....Coast to coast on the Trans-Canadian railway. Taking the Alaska State ferry up the Inside Passage, then the train from Haines to Anchorage, then inland to Denali. Hiking the Appalachian Trail. Camping tour of Europe.
I've been lucky enough to see a fair bit of the US (including Alaska) and I've been to England twice. Also been to Rome and the west coast of Spain.

Definitely find a nice quiet lake someplace with a nice cabin (WITH indoor plumbing and electricity) preferably late summer early fall and just chill. S'mores at night by the campfire, a good book on the dock during the day.

I love water. One day I'll have a home, somewhere, near the ocean. There are a few places right now where I'd love to get away. I'd like to take the trans-Siberian railroad from Beijing to Ulaanbaatar and explore the Mongolian countryside. It's a beautiful country..and in particular I want to see Lake Hovsgol, one of the oldest and most beautiful lakes in the world.
I'd also like to stay on Lake Louise in Alberta
Oh and some place warm, too. Like Fiji.
