well, at night it's busy.. we have very few officers, and then the calls start up, it gets crazy....

OR you can listen to Omaha PD, which is right next door to Council Bluffs. I promise they're busier than CBPD...

This was un freakin beleivable,I tried it again at 1723 (central) and was just in time to hear a unit get a call of an suv with Nebraska plates with a couple in the front seat having intercourse while an infant was in the back seat!!! NO SHIT,I thought it was a bit brisk up there right now.And by the way where IS nightstokker
