Just curious how much the price of gas and diesel is in your area.

I drive a diesel pickup and am getting boned at 2.44 per gal

Reg gas is 1.99

$1.80 a gallon in Jonesboro Ga and dropping like a rock.

It was $1.90/gal yesterday and today it's $2.07/gal.

In St. Louis it got down to $1.88 @ but just went back up to $2.08 a couple days ago. Our diesel stays high at it's lowest was $2.20 and now up to $2.30 @.

Gas is about $1.98 north of Dallas. I've seen it as low as $1.95. The TV news said the lowest they're seen it is $1.88 at a couple of stations

Regular unleaded is $2.26 at Costco today. Some places still in the $2.40 range.

$1.83, diesel's still high ($2.35?) but I'm actually wishing my transmission was better, I'd go for a drive.

$1.15 per liter in Australia for standard unleaded. Considering 1 liter equals 0.26 of a gallon, I reckon you are getting a pretty good deal.

I would say so... I fell for that in England back several years ago...

Not only was it in Litres, the price was in Pounds, which is worths about $2 USD - That meant they were paying about $8 per gallon

Yep, the current exchange rate is around 0.78c to the US $. I'm no numbers nerd, but I'm smart enough to see that we are being bent over

Was $1.84 Thursday....and Friday was $2.19 ...back down to $2.07 today.

Damn,, $9 per gallon? How in the heck does anyone afford to drive at all?

How much of that is taxes? I think Kansas pops us aprox 50 cents per gal for taxes

Gas prices on the other side of the pond are bad. Around here it is 2.09 a gallon. I remember when I lived in Japan it was 500 yen a liter. (that is right around 5 bucks)

Regular gas $2.40
Diesel, last I checked, is hovering just under $3.00

I've seen it as low as $1.85 and as high as $2.09, depending on where you go. Last time I put gas in my car (yesterday), I paid $1.94.

in the Pittsburgh area we're around $2.19. I saw a newspaper article on this last week and they show of all places, CLEVELAND and it was like $1.79

It was around $1.83 a gal here about three or four days ago now its up to $1.95 for the Unleaded plus. The regular unleaded is any where from 5-10 cents higher.
