Toilet Paper Fetish
Ok, so I’m sitting here surfing the forums when my wife hollers from the front bathroom, “Honey, would you bring me some toilet paper?” I think to myself, “That’s odd, I just put a roll on the edge of the tub.”
, so I tell her that. She replies that it isn’t there. After I hand her a new roll my 6 month old Jack Russell comes out of the bedroom with a cardboard tube in her mouth. This is what I find when I look in the bedroom.
The white stuff at the end of the bed is shredded toilet paper. She’s half under the bed because she knows she’s on her way to doggie jail (her kennel/crate).

Hahahahah, that's awesome. Gotta love dogs!

Yesterday my mom calls me like 90 times while I'm in class. I finally got up and leave to answer the phone. She's freaking out and tells me my dog (shitzu/poodle) chased a baby squirrel in our backyard pretty much riped it's leg off, it jumped up on the fence fell back off and she tore some other pieces off. So the squirrel is still in the tree now I guess like dieing and squealing, my dog is licking her chops, and the mommy squirrel is out to kill anyone that goes in the backyard.
Life without our dogs would be so boring. Lol.

Do you know how many small pieces of shredded toilet paper equal one roll? I do. I just finished picking them all out of our bed and off the floor... The puppy is soon going to become an outside dog unless her trainer (Cidp24) makes great stides in the discipline area......

If it's any consolation, when the cats get mad at us, they clock our dirty clothes.

When I first got my dog he chewed everything until I dog-proofed the house. One night he got ahold of and shredded a new double pack of paper towels. In the morning I found the entire room 3" deep in puffy shreds. Wish I'd taken pictures, cracks me up thinking back on it.
After I stopped laughing I scolded him and he never did that again, though I could tell he was always tempted. Ever now and then I'd give him a single paper towel to tear apart when he'd come into the kitchen to check on my cooking. Cheap amusement for us both.
Thanks for sharing and reminding me of a funny memory.

My German Shepherd was an outdoor dog. When I first got her (she was around 3 months old) she decided to chew through the wiring running from the outside central air unit into the house. She chewed the wire in half, and that blew something inside the unit in the house. It cost me $75 to get the AC fixed.
I still miss that dog...
When I took my pay cut we had to move to a much smaller house with no fence, and I had to give the dog away.

Invest in some bitter apple. Spray it on whatever the dog is messing with. It works. Also as far as punishing the dog if alot of time has passed by since what the dog did it is pretty useless. The correction probably will not work because the dog is clueless about what it is being punished for and it may think it is being punished for something different.

Cidp24 and I both have wireless laptops and my home office has two desktop's. Sometimes (like now) we are both sitting in the office. In the evenings we are both usually on the laptops in the living room.
