Check this out ...
As many of you know my brother passed away in Jan. He was an awesome artist. As my gift to my brothers and sisters and a few other family members I asked his wife if I could take some of his drawings -- mostly pencil sketches -- and make copies of them for us. I made a small notebook of about 15-20 copies for us and thought I'd scan them in for me a copy on disc.
He was a race fan, and here are a couple that he did of Dale Earnheardt and his son.
What do ya think?

Those are great drawings. Me being an artist myself I've been meaning to sit down and draw a picture of the intimidator, but I haven't had time. Seeing those has definatly inspired me to get it done. I too am sorry to hear about your brother.

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

Wonderful pics Carolina, RIP bro...
Please do scan more pics...A monday morning lunatic, disturbed from time to time. Temporary catatonic madman on occasion..
