I haven't seen it, but one of the Sgt's was asking me questions from it last night (we were bored). I got a few right, got a few wrong. Felt stupid on some of them.

I watched the first part of it, got a call and had to leave. I got all of the first three questions right.

i saw it tonight for the first time, after watching it for 18 minutes and hearing jeff foxworthy say "are you smarter than a 5th grader?" about 500 times they finally got around to asking the first question, then 3 minutes later i finally saw the first answer (which i got wrong)...the show was moving so slow that it didnt keep my interest at all. ill never watch it again.

I watched it tonight for the first time also. I was a little funny at times, but I agree with tapout when he said it moved too slow to keep my attention. I watched the first guy go but didn't bother watching the next contestant. I doubt I'll watch it again...

I didn't see it, but I saw the ads for it. I knew what a pronoun is, but I forgot what a prime number is until my wife reminded me.

I used to be; but then I spent the whole sixth grade out in the hall, the teacher even moved my desk out there.

I saw it the other night when the history teacher with a bachelor's degree in American history could not name the first American president to be impeached.

I watched it..I think it sucks. I think the kids know the questions ahead of time, and to be honest they kind of get on my nerves. The whole thing comes off as really fake to me. Not many fifth graders actually know that the big dipper is in the Ursa Major constellation, which was one of the questions. Unless they just learned it. C'mon, it's staged.

They should have a show like "Who thinks they are smarter than a LEO". Throw in some tasers and handcuffs and I'd watch it!

This woman is obviously not as smart as a 5th grader.

By the way, according to snopes.com, this didn't really happen.

Hmm, I've never seen the show, but I've heard the PRAXIS tests that they make us take in order to get a state license for teaching are only taken to make sure that you have the mental capacity of a 5th grader... I passed the 3 I've taken so far with flying colors
