Which were the happiest years of your life?
Building on BEK's poll, I'd like to ask:
Which were the happiest years of your life?
Which were the least happy years of your life?

1. Happest my years from 17-19 years old(1993-1995), I had a blast and was a crazy kid.
2. Least happy years was late 1995-2000 when I was in the Army. Those were tough miserable times. The opinions given in my posts DO NOT reflect the opinions, views, policies, and/or procedures of my employing agency. They are my personal opinions only, thereby releasing my agency of any liability, or involvement in anything posted under the username "Beans" on LEF.

The happiest years are those yet to come...
The saddest are those gone by...

My best years were when I was an Explorer, from 16 to 20.

The best years are the ones I'm living right now...Everyday is one that was not promised to me so I'm grateful for it. In the past seven years I have married, gotten my current dream job, and become a father.
The least happy years were those where I suffered but they happened for a reason and I'm happy I made it through.

The ones where I didn't know Jenna. I thought it only fair to add that to the poll.

Since I'm retired from LE with a nice pension, plus benefits, mortgage paid off, cars paid for, the happiest years are the ones I'm living today. I can go and come as I please, sleep all day Monday or any day if I want, take a vacation whenever the fancy strikes, visit family and friends and stay away as long as I please.
Actually the pleasures of retirement are too lengthy to list.
I've never had any unhappy years but have had a few unhappy days, one being 9/11/01 when so many innocent men, women and children died.

I'd say between 12 and 20 were the worst years of my life.
And then when I graduated college things started looking up.
I completed my education at a school several people told me I wouldn't be able to complete.
Then I got hired by 2 different agencies, with other agencies giving me job offers.
And presently, I'm doing a damn good job in a field that, while I was between 12 and 20 yoa, everyone told me I was too small/too short to do.
So, I'd have to say right now are the best years of my life.No one has greater love than this, to lay down ones life for ones friends - John 15:13
