'Rogue' Prosecutor Apologizes to Duke Players
http://news.aol.com/topnews/articles...00010000000001
It's my sincere hope, that this arrogant guy will be disbarred from practicing law and sued up to his eyeballs; and that the innocent lacrosse players will collect for all the embarrassment and suffering he has put them and their families through for over a year.

There has to be a lawsuit there, but the biggest problem is that the city will pay. The ones at fault are the prosecutor and his bosses. That's who the judgements should be against.
The guy saw media stars and pimped himself out to the press and special interest groups. He should be a pauper after the player gut him in court."When a crime is committed, liberals blame society. Conservatives blame the criminal." -Debra Saunders
Old Scottish Motto- "nemo me impune laccessit". It still holds true today.
