Meditation is good for the soul
There are tons of literature on meditation, specifically yoga and the wonderful things it can do for us, both physically and mentally.
Experts have divided Yoga into two basic model types:
Yoga from India
and Yoga from behind Joe's Fish N Beer Bait Shop
