    Angry $3.19 a gallon!

Gas here in St. Louis, MO is now $3.19 a gallon. It cost me $35 to put in a half a tank in my wife's SUV. I am going to have to limit our driving because I can not afford this BS. This really is the fleecing of America.
We are going to Los Angles in June. I can not imagine how bad it is out there.

Crap.....Thanks for the update, looks like I'm gonna make my wife get a new job or a new car. 80 miles round trip in a SUV is going to kill me.
Just because your sign off after you're shift is done, doesn't mean that it's over and put blinders on. You're a cop 24/7 wether you like it or not. If thats something you can't handle, you should find a new line of work!

It's nearly 3.50$/gal for the cheap stuff up here in the backwoods of Alaska... My little corolla costs 35 to fill most days

Gas in Council Bluffs, IA costs $2.83/gal (it jumped .10 in one day). It cost me $45.00 to fill up my car. I suppose I can't complain since you and 213th have it much worse. Still, it's highway robbery!

I can go grocery shopping on my bicycle, can't I?

What pisses me off is that the oil companies are posting "record profits" and in the mean time, I'm having to cut budget in a big way to just be able to get to work.

$3.19 here too. This is ridiculous. I'm only a half mile from work, so it looks like the shoe leather express or a bike for me if this keeps going up.

I sure am glad my grandfather filled up the motorhome before I take it this weekend, I woulda needed a loan!

Its 2.97 here, and I drive 46 miles round trip to work. I spend about 90 bucks on gas every two weeks.

I feel ya. Know though you are gonna get the guys from the other side of the pond telling us how much they pay and have always paid.

The thing that gets me though is that we have our own natural resources. I was going to head to the land of Cheese this weekend but the gas prices kept me home. We will go camping after I buy the four horses I was looking at. At least I will fit in a little better up there.

Here it is right around 3.26 at every station. My station is about 16 miles from my house in rough city driving, but luckily I have a take home.

I live near LA county and just filled up this morning. Cost me $75 to fill up at $3.64 a gallon. Hate it!!

Meant to add that I drive a Suburban.

It's right around $3.00 for regular here, so it costs me over $60 to fill the MomMobile (aka mini-van).

Just under 13 miles each way to work, but takes me an hour each way because of the traffic here. I hate sitting on the Beltway, watching the needle on the gas gauge go down. Might as well be a hose running from my wallet.
