    Jumped out of gear my butt, more like he forgot to put it in park. Cite him for jumping corners why not cite yourself for failure to park your vehicle properly. .

    I think I may have seen another video where the officer does a traffic stop on a hill and his car starts rolling back down the hill while he is talking to the violator.

    I have trouble believing that it "jumped out of gear" because he felt he needed to tell the person off to the side twice.

    That, and it's (assumingly) an automatic. He probably didn't completely put it in park. if at all. Moron

    lol my words exactly when I was talking to someone last night about this video before it was posted. I don't think I could've looked the guy in the eye and told him "you can't do that" after what just happened.

    Funny in how the driver didn't take off. He stayed there the whole time while officer chased his own vehicle and then drove back to the parking lot. It's embarrassing.
