Who has the most
Was just browsing these different threads tonight and noticed a definately heavy Louisiana influence ,FoxyCounty,Lewis,etc...(not to leave anyone out, these were examples),as we are a relatively small state,I was wondering ,where is the largest concentration of our members located now??I know we have a map that I signed on to when I signed up,BUT,that would be sorta, kinda like ,well ,you know,WORK!

Most of my influences come from Russian art and culture...
Oh, LEF? Yeah, bunches of folks from Louisiana. Without looking I'd put next month's bill for the poker room on LA having the lead.

I hail from the Great State of Tennesee
But have lived in numerous other states including Louisana and love the food there and miss it ...
Cajun ? Have any good recipes you could impart upon those of us who miss the food there ?

It kind of makes sense. Once you bring in one person from LA, they bring their "kin". That shouldn't last long, though. Flagpoles can only go so high.

It appears to be a bit outdated, but there's the link...

Good lord, there are a whole slew of people in there I almost forgot about. I wish a few others had screen names with their pic in Frappr. Just can't match up a few of 'em.

Being recently "paroled" from the marriage thingy, I have been in the process of learning to cook. Must be learning well since I've put on a few pounds since my ex and I split. (She never let me do stuff in the kitchen because I made "too much of a mess". Of course I always cleaned up after myself, but it was never clean enough for her liking.)
I occasionally use this website as a guide ( http://www.realcajunrecipes.com/ ) and adjust to my tastes.
I've done some cooking for a few friends and haven't heard any complaints yet.The Swamp Mafia -"Heaven doesn't want us,and Hell's afraid we'll take over!!"
