Police Car??
This picture was sent to me recently, he told me it is an actual police car.

Exactly what policy to you have to violate, or what punishment are you receiving when they give you this as your assigned car?

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

our dept has a BUNCH of those things... however when tried on the road.. cool enough but... now it seems they are all in one of the cells just hanging out..
they burned out before the shifts end... and other than patroling the mall they sucked at the beach and for anything else we tried to use them...
sometimes i see the guys playing with them in our parkinglot or through the halls... lol

anyone remember that simpsons episode where homer was chasing ned flanders and his kids tell him to step on it and he yells "Its a Geo!"
hahaha
It must be for the officer that got in trouble. Well I know that Corpus Christi Texas PD uses mopeds downtown. I'd hate to be that cop.

My agency uses GEM electric cars (two and four seat model). They're only used inside of our two large terminals, Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal, and only on the midnights - too crowded with people traffic during the day and early evenings.
They're pretty cool - get up to about 25 mph and allow you to cover alot of ground.
I drove one on the street once (they're street legal). Got all kinds of stares!Never have so many owed so much to so few.
