I don't watch much TV, but even still I think I'd remember this. Guessing it hasn't been aired in the states.

Nope, it doesn't air here. I'm just glad one of the cartwheelers didn't have his bits come spilling out, although I'm sure that would have had more success in helping people quit.

The cartwheel needs to land on the side of the smokers head and knock them out. That should do it. At least until they woke up.
