What do you want for dinner? .. I don't know, what do you want?
Don't you hate that discussion? Is there any good solution to it, or does one person always cave and suggest something?

I ask this same question daily and I don't know why since I get the same response daily ("I don't know, whatever you want."). I always end up deciding.

My stock answer is "steak or seafood".

Police Officers put themselves at risk for strangers every day. Some do not make it home to their families. Next time you think of saying something negative about the police, remember...YOU are one of the strangers.

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

If I can't decide what to have or I don't feel like cooking, I'll make scrambled eggs. I love eggs, and I always have some kind of cheese or herbs or something on hand to throw into them.

I'm tempted to give them menus. Maybe I should flip a coin...cooked or uncooked...take-out or grilled...extra crispy or soggy.
