Mmmmm Chocolate City
New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin took advantage of Martin Luther King Day to stir the political pot, telling reporters, "It's time for us to rebuild a New Orleans. The one that should be a chocolate New Orleans. And I don't care what people are saying, uptown, downtown, or wherever they are. This city will be chocolate at the end of the day." Sadly, the city then had another humanitarian crisis when scores of literal-minded fatties swarmed into town for a snack.
