This guy is hilarious.

He roams the streets of Oklahoma City, looking for johns picking up prostitutes.

Then he follows them, and runs up to the car while the john is being "service" and confronts them....with video camera in hand.

At one time in Detroit, they had a show called "Johns TV" where they'd show people who were arrested for soliciting prostitutes. The narrator would tell a little story about each one, something like "This is Rhino. Rhino decided to pick up a prostitute and was arrested. He had to call his wife and tell her why their car was impounded, which made for a very awkward moment."

When you put the prostitutes in the back of your patrol car, the witnesses think you are arresting them, so the praise you for doing your job.

Well the trick is you have to get out of public view first.

Then there's the bag of lime, shovel and duct tape you keep in your trunk in case one of the hookers decides she wants to get "mouthy".

Why is it the prostitutes you see on the streets (and in these videos) are women so ugly they couldn't pay me to have sex with them?

Where's the hot looking hookers with a heart of gold you see in the movies?

If I'm not mistaken, this guy was arrested awhile back. Apparently he was paying the prostitutes to take their "customers" to a pre-arranged spot so he could film them easier.
