That's the Delaware State Police's PR vehicle. The younger kids love it, but trust me, the Troopers never enjoy driving it!
Similar to the Michigan State Police keeping their "bubble" lights on the roofs and stop signals on the hoods, the Delaware State Police keeps tradition with their PR vehicle. It's always been a VW bug, and "Dan" has even been promoted throughout the years! I'll try and post up some pics...Calm Like A Bomb...
