We need Grandparent names
We are sitting around with some friends thinking up some Grandparent names but can't settle on anything. My wife is looking for some younger sounding names as we are only in the 40 area. We looked up some names on the internet and I misunderstood a listing as Nookie and Dildo. I kinda liked it but my wife won't go for it. She thinks the kid yelling that out in WalMart might cause stares. Oh well. So we need some help. Whatever ya'll got we'll (I'll) consider.
Thanks for the help. (We do need serious names but I did tell my wife to hang on cause this oughta get good.

ATM for grandpa, pushover for grandma
500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are.

How about your first names? That will really emphasize how hip and young you are.

Exactly what I was thinking. I was brought up calling everyone Mr. and Mrs. or other apporpriate title. Even friends that were my brother's age were Mr. and Mrs. if they were married. I'd never call my parents or grandparents by their first name and would never allow my children to do so.

I know some hippie families in which the kids call their parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles by their first names.

Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to reach out and bitch slap that motherf*cker upside the head.

Gram and Gramps, nothing ever special..
There’s a promise I need you to make
While I’m gone you take care of the love
And I’ll deal with the hate.
Don’t worry about me; I’ll be all right
Just care for your children and sleep tight
I’ll keep you safe on my watch tonight
