So I was in a website reading a news article when an ad pops up for this. Now my natural curiousity took hold and this is what came up

I thought it was a strange way to talk about hidden costs or fine print in companies...
After looking elsewhere on the internet, Bright House Networks is a cable company with it's headquarters in New York, but does a lot of business in the Florida and Alabama regions.

I just thought this was a weird way of advertising.

If that was advertising it failed. The average page viewer gives a page 20 seconds of attention including load time. Even on a 5 megabit connection it took longer than that for this to load - I gave it a bonus 10 seconds after it did.
