I passed woohoo
So for those that didn't know my father and I took a motorcycle safety course this weekend. its a three day course given my the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Of course you pay for the course but I must say it was the best $175 I have spent in a long time. The course is awesome, if anyone is thinking about getting a motorcycle and has never ridden TAKE this class its well worth it. If you already ride Take this class, you will learn things you didn't even know. So now all i have to do is take my paperwork and go to the DMV and get a new license, then its off to buy a bike
.

I thought from your thread title that you passed your recent HIV test. How did that go anyway?
If it's negative and your going to ride a bike I guess we can call you Roll Aids
Oh yeah and glad you passed!Just because your sign off after you're shift is done, doesn't mean that it's over and put blinders on. You're a cop 24/7 wether you like it or not. If thats something you can't handle, you should find a new line of work!

Did they cover riding a street bike in sand while wearing shorts?
If not...I'd suggest it be added!

Well just a quick update for you all. I got the bike today. I bought a 2007 Kawasaki ZZR600. Awesome bike. I bought it with 1 mile on it. And as of 2100hrs it has 38 miles on it
. It took me a little while to get use to the clutch but after that it went smoothly. Its an awesome bike. If you all want pics I will be happy to post some for you all.

Learn something evry day - I didn't know there was any such thing as a safe motorcycle, so a motorcycle safety course seems like a waste of time and money
