Florida Private Security.
This may seem odd, but can anybody tell me if there is any Florida law that restricts what calibre handgun private security can carry?
Thanks,
Ryan

Would that not just be restricted by the Calibre of the gun you can personaly afford.
You say private security does that mean like a bodyguard

I was wondering because I work for a company that has sites in several different states. The home state being FLA.
I was hoping the rumor that I've been hearing wasn't true, but it apparently is. We will be switching from H&K to Sig 229's, but we will be going to a sub par round now because of Fla. and the messed up need to everyone to be "uniform" :headsmack:

9 mm? Theres nothing wrong with the 9mm as long as you are using good ammo.

If it were me i would get the hardest stopping gun i could use and just hope to heck that i never had to use it outside of a firing range, shooting a person must take a lot more guts. But i will never know anyway as in my country the gun laws are a lot tighter than you have in America.
I'd still love to own and be allowed to carry a concealed weapon though.
