My best is probably parmesan chicken with side salad, and jewish coffee cake for desert. I also enjoy making a balsamic marinated steak sandwich, with a a little bit of steak and mesquite seasoning on the steak, serve on sandwich with tomato, mayo, and lettuce. Or, pork seasoned with ginger and cayenne pepper, with balsamic sour cream dipping sauce, with rice seasoned with curry and cayenne pepper.

For me it's either spaghetti sauce or this dijon-caper sauce that I made up. I've had friends hold things of mine hostage for the recipe for that one.
