Does this count as my cardio for the day?
Does sprinting to the bathroom count as my cardio for the day? What about flinging the keepers off. Does that count as my resistance training?

Maybe............
Were you in public bathroom, holding in any source of disgusting sound while others entered and left the restroom as you grimaced in pain?------Good Ab Workout
Was it a 15-minute burrito caused marathon during which you broke an actual sweat?--------Endurance Training
It might not have been a 30-minute jog or an 8-mile bike ride, but there is some potential.I'm not ruining your life, you are, and I'm just going to write a short story about it.

How far did you have to run to make the bathroom? How many obstructions? Did you have to do the run in place while waiting? There are a lot of outside factors here.
And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.
In Nomine Patris, Et Filli, Et Spiritus Sancti.

How long did you have the cold sweats before you were able to let it go? That counts too.

It was a "I drank an energy drink on an empty stomach" induced bathroom trip. Plenty of disgusting sounds, none of them held in. No obstructions in getting there, no waiting and only 5 minutes of cold sweats.
I guess I better run tonight then. Darn it.

Yeah, no doubt. That sounds like it was a half-assed effort to me. You initially baited us with very little info to start out with. Being the well-trained investigators we are (hehe), it's clear to see you did not meet the quality standards of a good cardio-duce. NO SOUP FOR YOU!
