Do You Listen to Music When You Fall Asleep?
I saw this poll on another website and thought I would bring it here. Do you listen to music when you fall asleep? If so, what kind? Does it stay on the whole time your asleep or only for a little while?

Nope, but my wife insists on leaving the TV turned down low and on the food network.
It usually gets turned off about 3 am."Like" us on facebook! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Offic...93147194083228

Most of the time I set the timer on the tv and listen to that. Once in a while I'll listen to jazz or classical music, or I use my sound machine and listen to ocean waves.

I cant stand having the TV on when I sleep. The flicker and light changes make me not able to fall asleep. I usually put on a CD and am usually asleep before its over.

Hot damn. Thank God I am not alone. My wife insists on leaving the %$^$#@!!!!ing tv on while I try and go to sleep. When we, finally, move upstairs the tv is out!
I NEED QUIET! The hearing protection I use on the range works pretty good.
If I hear music when trying to sleep I have to sing along. And the only person who likes my singing is me. The Crown Vic steering wheel is just a victim.Do not war for peace. If you must war, war for justice. For without justice there is no peace. -me

I leave the tv on w/ timer set for about 20 minutes. I can not leave it on long as it bothers me. If the wife turns it on in the middle of the night I want to break it.

I once fell asleep on a machine gun range, but now I can't fall asleep at all with any noise.

MIB is right. I got mine at Target, they're not very expensive. Of course, if you accidentally have the volume set wayyy too loud, the ocean waves kind of sound like a crowd screaming and it will scare you awake. At least, that's what I've heard.
I certainly never made that mistake twice.

It's hard for me to fall asleep to a t.v. or music. I do need a little noise though. I keep my ceiling fan and stand up fan on high and the air conditioner on 68!!! The stand up fan sounds like a helicopter!!! I can't sleep without it.

I used too, when I had a tv and computer in my room. I'd put the tv on one of the music channels, or play some of the music on my computer...could be anything, just fairly quiet. Took a lot of getting used to sleeping without it, but I adjusted by making sure I left the box fan on all the time
