Devil's Night/Mischief Night
What's it like in your area on the night before Halloween? Are there a lot of annoying, yet harmless pranks or something more serious like oh, setting the city on fire?
In my area it's pretty quiet, there might be a couple of homes TP'd or eggs thrown at houses, etc., but that's pretty much it. I believe there's a curfew as well, but I don't know what it is.

Generally pretty quiet in the areas I've lived in. When I lived with my parents I can remember my father always keeping the front door open to keep an eye on our house/yard/cars/etc. Some kids do stupid stuff of course, but I don't remember anything happening that was pretty serious.
